Members of the Supporter Panel are free to complete as many or as few surveys as they wish and can withdraw from a survey without completing it. For exceptions to this, see section ‘Termination’ below.
If a member does not participate in any surveys over a period of 9 months, Beautiful Insights reserve the right to cancel membership, as inactivity will class the member as no longer an active member of the Supporter Panel. Beautiful Insights will notify via email before we do this after which you will have 30 days to notify us if you wish to continue being a member of the Supporter Panel. If we do not hear from you in this time we will cancel your membership permanently. Beautiful Insights also reserve the right to cancel membership permanently if we believe there have been multiple instances of misinformation and attempts to circumvent these Terms and Conditions.
Although our websites and online research panels are always rigorously tested, Beautiful Insights does not guarantee that this website will operate uninterrupted or error/virus free.

3rd Party Cookies: Analytical cookies to help us build the website interface such that it is accessible for people visiting the site on different devices (computers, smartphones and, tablets).
Fair Processing Notice
Beautiful Insights Ltd follows the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and personal privacy legislation. We undertake all research in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct, and ESOMAR guidelines. Information about how your personal data is used is set out in the RSPCA YourSay Supporter Panel privacy statement.
Collection and usage of Personal information -If you choose to register Beautiful Insights will ask for personal information (i.e. name, email address and date of birth etc). This information will be used to create your supporter panel login, send you follow-up survey invitations and to keep a record of who is or isn’t subscribed to the Supporter Panel (in order to ensure no one under 18 has become a member and ensure unsubscribed or excluded members cannot rejoin). This information will not be passed on to the RSPCA or other third parties and will never be used to directly market or sell products to you.
Demographic information - If you choose to complete the welcome survey Beautiful Insights will ask a number of demographic questions (e.g. profession, donation behaviour, region, pet ownership, age band etc). We ask for this information to help us select you for invitation to relevant surveys and conduct relevant analysis on survey results. This information will be anonymised and passed onto the RSPCA.
Attitudinal and Behavioural Information - If you choose to complete surveys Beautiful Insights will ask about your opinions and experience regarding a wide range of subjects relating to the RSPCA or the sector the RSPCA operate in e.g. fundraising, the RSPCA brand and RSPCA in the news. This is to gauge trends on an aggregate level. Where individual responses are extracted i.e. text/open responses these will be anonymised. This information will be anonymised and passed onto the RSPCA and will be used by the RSPCA to understand attitudes and behaviours of their supporters and assist in evidence-based decision making.
Supporter information - Beautiful Insights collect anonymous supporter information from the RSPCA to provide a specific link to relevant surveys in the supporter panel and to conduct relevant analysis on survey results.
Storage of information
Retention Schedule: Your personal information will be retained for up to five years in accordance with this privacy statement.
The Supporter Panel is a web-based SAS solution by Beautiful Insights. The servers are based in Ireland, but as AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a Cloud environment, they can be anywhere within the EU. This means they comply with EU legislation when it comes to privacy and security standards. In addition to this, the EU locations are Frankfurt (3), Ireland (3), London (3), Paris (3). These locations are managed and owned by Amazon.
Please note that if you choose to unsubscribe this will only unsubscribe you from the Supporter Panel and any related emails.
Notification of changes
Beautiful Insights reserve the right to modify this Terms and Conditions statement at any time. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you here or by means of a notice on the Supporter Panel homepage and will be given the option to re-consent to the new terms and conditions.

RSPCA Your Say 2019
The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) have engaged the services of Beautiful Insights to host and manage the RSPCA Your Say (the Supporter Panel) for the purpose of market research.
Beautiful Insights’ Supporter Panel is a web based system using Amazon Web Services for processing the personal information you provide on registration.
If you choose to register as a subscriber of RSPCA Your Say, the personal information you provide on registration will be controlled, collected and stored by Beautiful Insights, in accordance with the RSPCA Your Say 2019 Terms and Conditions relating to the use of the Supporter Panel. All demographic, attitudinal and behavioural data collected and shared between Beautiful Insights and the RSPCA will be anonymised by storing it separate to your personal registration data and will only be traceable with an arbitrary unique identifier, that is only recognisable to the RSPCA.

Anonymous supporter information will only be shared between the RSPCA and Beautiful Insights. Any personal information you provide when registering to subscribe to the Support Panel (i.e. your name, your email address) will not be passed to the RSPCA by Beautiful Insights, and it will never be used by the RSPCA to undertake direct marketing or sell products to you.
Your information will not be shared with any other organisation.
How long we keep your data
Anonymised demographic, attitudinal and behavioural information from surveys will be retained for up to 5 years from your last engagement with the Supporter Panel, so that we can track data trends over time.
